I was really drawn into this story, then switched to another story from back in the day. I understood why after I kept reading. A page turner for sure. You can almost feel like you were there. Some a bit gory, otherwise a great mystery. Great writing, Dennis! Glad I came across this book.

I liked this book because it had lot of scary parts and lots of funny parts. I would read this book at at the age of 10-12.my favourite character was Cindy because she was kind and would take dares from the boys. Lauren (10)

Awesome story. From the title, I was expecting it to be light, but it was delightfully twisted instead. Sci-fi + horror + romance = perfect. If you are a fan of the macabre, this is for you. I would love to read a novel version of this story.
What a totally fun read! I thought this was going to be a bad book, but fell in love with it. Totally nutty at times, and serious at others. Well written and just kind of special. There were a couple of times I thought it was going off the rails, but, in whole, it was a crazy, fun read.
I liked a lot, it but am disappointed that there isn't another in a series to read. The characters are great but I want to know more about them and how well they fare against the rotters.
